1-hour classes focused on building strength, muscular endurance, and power. You will experience greater muscular overload and longer recovery periods, allowing you to push yourself harder on every repetition, every set. Don’t just reach the bar, raise it! It’s time to unleash your most powerful self!

BREAK|THROUGH ENDURANCE

1-hour focused on increasing aerobic capacity, lactate threshold, and sustaining high power outputs. More than simply pounding the pavement, you will perform high end cardiovascular workouts with appropriate injections of strength to maximize your training effect. Don’t just cross the finish line. Go beyond your limits and shatter your personal bests!

 

FUNCTIONAL HIIT

FUNCTIONAL HIIT

A constantly varied sequence of interval stations designed to increase your strength, improve metabolic conditioning and boost your metabolism to overdrive! This hour long workout will harness the power of intervals with a reduced emphasis on running and an increased focus on muscular strength and endurance. And, you’ll utilize additional equipment such as sleds, sliders and ski ergs. No matter what you’re training for, you will benefit from adding Functional HIIT to your routine.
