The gym space offers a complete array of high-end fitness equipment and machines (everything from TRX and kettlebells to Woodway Treadmills, ergs and airbikes). If you’re new to any of it, don’t worry - we’ll be on hand to give you a proper introduction.

  • We know trying something new can be exciting and want to support our new athletes.

We offer an introductory $7 Seven Day Trial for new clients. You’ll be able to try our different formats and meet several of our coaches.

For clients looking to commit to their training, our membership pricing is designed to help you incorporate our training throughout each week in a way that fits your needs.

We also have special one-time pricing for new clients on class packages.

  • We offer several different formats to diversify our weekly programming. You can learn about them under our “class description” tab below.

For your first session we strongly recommend trying a HIIT & Run or Functional HIIT class. These classes give you an opportunity to try aerobic and strength work, as well as familiarize yourself with the space and flow of classes.

Class formats vary day-to-day, but the schedule is consistent week over week (E.G., Monday is always a functional HIIT day). You will see this reflected on our schedule.

If you are interested in Power Lifting or HYBRID training, we offer these small group training programs as separate packages.

  • HIIT & RUN: A 60-minute class split into two sections: cardiovascular and interval-based strength work. You will spend half of class focusing on cardio training with equipment including the treadmill, and the other half of the class focusing on interval-based strength work on the floor.

FUNCTIONAL HIIT: This is a 60-minute total body circuit workout where athletes challenge themselves with a variety of strength and cardiovascular exercises and equipment. The number of stations and rounds varies class to class.

BREAKTHROUGH ENDURANCE: 60 minutes of cardiovascular conditioning to build aerobic capacity. Expect to use cardio equipment, including treadmills, bikes, rowers and/or ski ergs as well as occasional weights. Class varies week over week to help you continue to adapt.

BREAKTHROUGH STRENGTH: 60 minutes of strength conditioning to build muscular endurance. Expect to use a variety of equipment, including TRX, kettlebells, dumbbells and the occasional erg. Class varies week over week to help you continue to adapt.

  • Booking for class can be found on either the MINDBODY App or on the booking page of our website.

The schedule is available two weeks in advance.

  • We encourage new clients to arrive 5-10 minutes early for their first class. This enables our coaches to provide a proper overview and answer any questions.

Please make sure you attend the classes you sign up for. If you must cancel, please do so outside the 12 hour late cancellation window to avoid a late fee or being docked a session.

If you are on the waitlist, we recommend planning to come to class. Typically the waitlist works.

  • Hybrid training is a form of training popularized by race events like Spartan, Hyrox, and Deka, that focuses on a mix (a “hybrid”) of athletic priorities: muscular and aerobic endurance. It is indisputably one of the best methodologies to develop as a well-rounded athlete.

Hybrid training offers something for everyone. The mix of programming allows athletes to embrace both their strengths and weaknesses. If you’re a runner, the strength component will be an important addition to your routine. If you’re a strength athlete, the cardiovascular component will be important for your aerobic capacity and health. If you’re new to fitness, this programming helps you embrace all the most important parts of a routine.

Our Hybrid Athletes have found success in all forms of racing, from marathons to HYROX and DEKA, to trail races and Ultra Marathons. We’ve coached hundreds of athletes through their first race, put dozens of athletes on podiums, and coached dozens more to PRs.

  • Our classes are challenging, but we put a premium on inclusivity. We often support athletes returning from an injury, working on a specific goal, or navigating a hectic schedule. If you want to work hard, we have the tools and team to help you get the work done.

There will be opportunities to work individually and occasionally with a partner or two, which means plenty of time to focus on yourself and also feel like you’re part of a community.

To support our community, we host several free events throughout the year. You’ll often find educational workshops on everything from mobility and barbell lifting to nutrition and goal-setting. There are also pop-up challenges, charity events and community get-togethers. We attend races as a team, have social events as a group and celebrate the success of each member of our community as a family.
