STUDIO POLICIES

Timeliness: 

You must be on time for class in order to guarantee your reservation. Reservations are not guaranteed once the class has begun. If you arrive after class has begun, your spot may be given away to anyone waiting in the lobby for a spot in class.

Class Cancellations: 

If you are signed up for a class and can no longer make it, you must cancel at least 9 hours before class. If you cancel inside the 9-hour window, you will either be docked 1 class from your membership plan or, if you are an Unlimited Member you will be charged $20.

Waitlist:

If you are added to class from the waitlist, you will be subject to all class cancellation policies.
If you are on a waitlist, plan to attend the class.

Membership Cancellation: 

Member may cancel membership and stop future payments, after completion of 3 initial auto-renewals, with a minimum of 30 days advanced notice. Cancellation results in loss of any promotional rates in the future.

Membership Suspension: 

Elevate offers members the ability to suspend their current membership for a $30 fee.
Members are limited to one suspension every 12 months and must provide proof of financial hardship, relocation, or debilitating health condition.

Multiple Class Packs: 

10 Packs expire after 3 months unless otherwise stipulated in offer.

20 Packs expire after 6 months unless otherwise stipulated in offer.

Price Changes:

Elevate Interval Fitness may change prices, for any reason, with 30 days of notice to the member.

Three Renewal Commitment:

All membership subscriptions require a minimum of 3 auto-renewals.

Class and Fitness Programs:

Elevate Interval Fitness may change classes, programs, schedules and instructors at any time.

Class Instruction and Safety:

Members agree to follow the safety instructions of Elevate Interval Fitness personnel. Elevate has the right to suspend/terminate membership of any individual that is disruptive or deliberately fails to follow instructions and/or risks the safety of staff or other members.

Transferability: 

Membership is not negotiable or transferable by the Member.
Classes are not transferable unless otherwise indicated in special offer.

Automatic Renewal:

Subscription memberships will automatically renew every 28 days unless either party requests termination (with a 30 day advanced notice).
