ELITE Athlete By Coach CRAIG

The Elite Athlete Program offers the training style that helps professional athletes perform their best and build resilience to injury. Craig is a veteran performance coach who has trained collegiate and professional athletes. His program helps Elevate athletes improve their top-end strength, speed and power, develop coordination, move more efficiently and find the fast-twitch edge to take their performance to new heights.

The program starts by identifying and increasing your maximum strength (such as your max deadlift) and then progressing your strength to become more powerful and explosive. Ultimately, the training helps develop the “twitchiness” we often associate with plyometric performance.

What it entails:

  • Strength training incorporating heavy lifts such as trap bar deadlifts

  • Skill-specific work to improve performance in everything from wall balls to your tennis serve

  • Mobility, coordination drills, accessory work

  • Support for building a well-rounded training program

Who is this for?

  • Frequent flyers for HYROX races, recreational sport athletes (tennis, soccer, golf, volleyball, etc.), runners with an upcoming race, or anyone who wants to train like the pros do

  • Regular group fitness clients who want more personalized support and to improve their movement quality
