Sarah Cotter

 

Sarah believes in training as hard as she coaches and takes a hands-on, all-in approach to her classes. You'll find her taking class just as often as she's coaching. Although she doesn't believe there is a perfect formula for fitness, she advocates for pushing yourself just as hard in the things that don't come easy for you (read: the air bike) as the things that do. A former collegiate water polo player, Sarah embraces the athlete’s mindset and applies it to her coaching and training style.

Sarah found her home at Elevate through the Hybrid athlete program, competing in her first Hyrox and Deka races before joining the team as a coach. She is a NASM certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor and is ready to challenge and support athletes in becoming the most confident versions of themselves.
